Track 1: AI Agents for DeFi & Cross-Chain Operations
Build AI-powered agents that streamline DeFi operations and cross-chain interactions through natural language interfaces on Avalanche. The Avalanche Foundation has a program for AI builders with up to $15M in direct funding and retroactive grants.
Potential Focus Areas:
- DeFi Position Management
- Create an AI agent that can execute DeFi operations through natural language commands
- Handle position management, yield farming, or liquidity provision through chat interface
- Implement safety checks and transaction previews before execution
- Cross-Chain Migration Assistant
- Develop an AI agent that simplifies moving assets across chains
- Automate the complete bridging and swapping process
- Optimize for gas efficiency and best execution paths
- Avalanche-Specific Agent Framework
- Build a toolkit for launching AI agents specifically optimized for Avalanche
- Create abstractions for common Avalanche DeFi protocols
- Airdrop farming agents for new Avalanche L1s in the ecosystem
Note: The DeFAi projects must integrate native Avalanche DeFi protocols (YieldYak, GMX, Dexalot, Pharaoh, LFJ, etc.)
Track 2: Infra & Toolings for Avalanche L1s
Develop tools to simplify and enhance the deployment of custom L1s using Avalanche's technology stack. You can also take inspiration for project ideas to build from the following blog post: https://www.avax.network/blog/avalanche-foundation-announces-the-infrabuidl-program
Potential Focus Areas:
- Custom Validator Management Contracts
- Create an enhanced version of the Validator Manager contract
- Implement additional features for validator selection and management
- Build tools for monitoring validators and their performance
- Custom Precompiles
- Build an open-source platform for verified precompiles
- Create new innovative precompiles (ex: BlackList addresses via precompile)
- Build consumer-focused apps on C-Chain
